Founded in 2023 and based in Derbyshire, Peak Safety Solutions works with clients ranging from Facility Managers to BBC Film Studios, providing fall protection installation, inspection, PPE, rope access and building maintenance services. The team’s focus is on compliance with the Work at Height Regulations 2005 and LOLER, delivered with the kind of direct, hands-on client relationship a small specialist contractor can offer that a large national provider often can’t.

Peak Safety Solutions runs a set of custom checklist templates in Risk Memo, built around the specific standards their work is inspected against rather than a generic form:

• Inspection Report — covers any working-at-height asset found on site, with reports conforming to the relevant standard for that asset
• Intrusive Survey Checklist (BS7883:2019) — guides a full intrusive survey of a safety line in line with the BS7883:2019 standard, alongside a matching BS7883:2019 Test Report
• PPE Inspection Report — for personal protective equipment
• MEWP Pre & Post Use and MEWP On Site checklists — covering visual inspections, functionality tests and safety equipment checks before and after a Mobile Elevating Work Platform is used
• HAVI (Hand-Arm Vibration Indicator) Daily Log — logging equipment usage, vibration levels and worker exposure time
• Dynamic Risk Assessment — for when the scope of works falls outside the original RAMS
• Accident or Incident Report, Vehicle Safety Checklist, Canopy Inspection Report, Davit Arm / Base Checklist, Roof Clean Report and Site Survey Report — covering the rest of the team’s day-to-day work
