No. Create an account for your company and trial every feature before you decide to go ahead.
What's the difference between a Team Member and a Contributor?
A free Team Member completes checklists, assigns actions and marks equipment as unsafe — right for most instructors. A Contributor adds and edits equipment records and can be given Admin access, e.g. site managers.
Can I assign anyone as a Contributor?
Yes. If an employee leaves or changes role, assign their empty Contributor seat to someone else.
How do I change from monthly to annual billing?
Any time. We suggest a month or two to get your team and equipment onboard, then switch to annual for the 25% discount.
Can I upload my equipment data?
Everybody's data is different, so there's no automated importer — send us an Excel or CSV file and we'll upload it for you.
Do retired equipment records count against the pack limit?
No. We don't charge for archived records, and we still keep them safe for you.
